Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

We have a standard delivery price of £2.95 per order.

Delivery is free for orders over £50.

We will usually dispatch your order the next working day but as a precaution we suggest that the delivery time is 2-5 working days.

We send our parcels 2nd class through Royal Mail or other appropriate Parcel Courier.

If you have a special or urgent request, please call us between 09.30 and 16:00, Monday to Friday and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

RETURNS POLICY

There is a 14-day period (from the date on which you receive your order), in which orders may be returned and a full refund issued. The product(s) must be returned in their original delivery condition. The product(s) must all be returned in the original packaging, with original labels attached, and remain free from odours, have not been worn, washed, soiled, altered or damaged in anyway. In the event that these return terms are not met we reserve the right to refuse a refund in which case we will contact you to inform you that the return has not been accepted and we will return the item(s) to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage. Anyone that returns goods after the 14 days will be notified that their refund will not be accepted, and they will be liable for the postage costs to have the goods returned to them.

Returns can also be made to our Click & Collect department at Vines Close Farm Shop, Dorchester Road, Sturminster Marshall, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 3RW.  Please note this is for returns only, refunds will not be given through the Click & Collect department.  Refunds will be made to the credit/ debit card used to pay for that specific order, once the product(s) have been returned to Vines Country and examined.

Please call customer services on 01258 880281or email us at orders@vinescountry.co.uk to obtain a returns code. All items for return or exchange must be sent together with a note explaining the reasons for return or exchange and include the returns code supplied by us.

Refunds. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible but may take up to 14 working days after we have received the returned product(s). The refund will be made to the credit/ debit card used to pay for that specific order.
